The project has been developed within the new residential complex built by ImmobilSharm in Sharm el-Sheikh.
The entire design has been structured to achieve maximum energy efficiency, proper water cycle management,
reduction of pollutant emissions, elimination of risk factors for users, and environmental quality in indoor areas.

The project includes: a sea-view bar area, an indoor dining area, and an outdoor dining area.
